My specialized training is embedded in Solution-Focused therapy, which is a goal-orientated, proactive and brief therapy. Let’s face it no one wants to be in therapy forever, and my goal is to help you achieve your goals in the best and most efficient way possible.

I use a variety of different clinically proven techniques and strength-based approaches to create an environment of exploration that emphasizes self-awareness and change. Integrating the latest knowledge from neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, and Gottman theory (to name a few!),  I help my clients become conscious of the patterns in their lives, focus on solutions that work for them, and use evidence based tools that will assist them in their relationships, and life in general!

Each person or couple seeking therapy is unique, which is why I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. You are the expert in your life and together we can work collaboratively to break down the barriers keeping you from your optimal way of life.
